Jim Vaughan PMP served for more than five years at the Chicagoland Chapter of the Project Management Institute including one and a half years as the president of the chapter. He developed his expertise as a highly successful project manager in one of the most demanding technological environment, global cellular telecommunications.

For Motorola he successfully delivered the first non-Japanese cellular system to the Japanese market, in an environment famous for its attention to quality and performance. Today, as an independent consultant, Jim continues to lead large and complex projects in addition to teaching project management at DePaul University.
